PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - VETERANS
Veterans First at Friendship Place is a leading provider of housing stability to Veterans and their families to achieve housing stability within 90-days through case management services in the Washington D.C. area utilizing innovative, individualized methods of building and supporting the self-respect, confidence, and dignity of each Veteran. VF works to end and preventing Veteran homelessness. Supported under the Department of Veterans Affairs Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) grant.
Serves D.C., and Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington counties, Alexandria, and Prince Georges, Montgomery, and Frederick counties.

Intake Appointment/Interview, Meets Federal Definition of Homelessness defined under four categories: 1) literally homeless; 2) imminent risk of homelessness; 3) homeless under other Federal statues; and 4) fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence., Veteran - Military, reserve or guard, and their families, Certain National Guard and reservists with a DD-214 and other than dishonorable discharge.
